Amy Dick

Amy Dick is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Obsidian Insurance Holdings, Inc. since April 2024, Amy previously held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at Wynward Insurance Group, where strategic oversight was provided for Human Resources and Corporate Communications as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to that, Amy was the Human Resources Director at London Trust Media, Inc., and also held roles at RMI, the University of Colorado at Denver, and Media General, where responsibilities ranged from HR administration and recruitment to financial management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
