Emily Canelo

Emily Canelo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Obsidian Insurance Holdings, Inc. since December 2019, Canelo also provides legal consulting through ReCon Advisory Services, LLC since 2014. Previously, Canelo held the position of EVP and Chief Counsel at Endurance from October 2002 to October 2013. Canelo holds a Juris Doctor degree from Antioch School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Georgetown University.
