Stacy Armstrong

Stacy Armstrong currently serves as the Chief Reinsurance Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Obsidian Insurance Holdings, Inc. since July 2020, with responsibilities encompassing client management, business development, reinsurance placement, and oversight of client relationships. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cranmore (US) Inc./Enstar US as Executive Vice President, and at Maiden Re (formerly GMAC Re) in various executive positions focused on underwriting and marketing from 2014 to 2019. Stacy's earlier career includes significant underwriting positions at Zurich Re and St. Paul Reinsurance, contributing to a robust expertise in treaty underwriting, business production, and marketing strategy. Stacy holds a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
