Kari Nishimura

Kari Nishimura has a diverse work history in the field of graphic design. Kari is currently employed at Obsidian Entertainment as the Lead Graphic Designer since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at the same company since June 2021. In 2015, Kari became an Independent Business Owner at One Five Creative. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Super Toy Box, including Partner & CCO, and Design Director and Partner. Kari also worked as a Consulting Graphic Designer at Pacific World Corporation from November 2014 to February 2015, and at High Ridge Brands from June 2013 to November 2014. Before that, they gained experience as an Art Director/Designer, Lead Designer, and Graphic Designer/Production Artist at Incipio Technologies, Inc from 2008 to 2012. In 2009, Kari worked as a Storyboard Artist at Running Creek Productions LLC. Kari began their career as a Graphic Designer/Web Consultant at the University of California in 2008.

Kari Nishimura completed their Bachelor's of the Arts degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Design from UC Irvine between 2005 and 2008.
