Nathalie Bolliger

Nathalie Bolliger has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Nathalie currently holds the position of Head of HR Business Partner at OBT AG and Baker Tilly Switzerland. In 2019, they worked as the Head of Talent at Sparrow Ventures (Migros Digital Solutions AG). Prior to that, they were an Associate Partner at Impulse-Group, where they had overall responsibility for the area of "Executive Search & Staffing Solutions." Nathalie has also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Impulse-Group. In their early career, they held various roles at Careerplus AG, including Regional Director, Branch Manager, and Team Manager. Nathalie started their career as an HR Consultant at Contaplus part of Careerplus Group.

Nathalie Bolliger has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2009, they attended the University of Zurich and obtained their Lizentiat der Philosophischen Fakultät/Master of Science in Psychology. In 2007, they furthered their English language skills by earning a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Hull's School in Zürich. In 2020, they pursued a Certification in Employer Branding from the SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration. Adding to their qualifications, Nathalie completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in HR Marketing from the ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit durch Feel-Good-Management" from LinkedIn in April 2022, and in "Facebook & Instagram Advertising Fundamentals" from OMR in March 2022.
