Sebastian Schultheis

Sebastian Schultheis has worked as an Associate Director, Acquisition Support at Obton since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sales & Project Manager Solar PV at ENcome Engineering GmbH from March 2017 to December 2021. Sebastian also worked as a Project Manager Wind at Ferrostaal Industrial Projects GmbH from April 2014 to February 2017.

Sebastian Schultheis has a strong educational background in economics and sales engineering and product management. Sebastian attended Ruhr University Bochum from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sales Engineering & Product Management. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field at Ruhr University Bochum from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Schultheis enrolled at Utrecht University, where they studied economics for a year.

In addition to their formal education, Schultheis has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skill set. Sebastian obtained a Legal & Compliance Workshop certification from Ferrostaal Industrial Projects GmbH in 2016. More recently, in 2019, they received certification for the PMI - Project Management Professional Examination from the Project Management Institute.
