James Knight

James Knight has extensive experience in aerial gunnery and military instruction, currently serving as an AC-130J Aerial Gunner Instructor at OBXtek Inc since April 2022. Previously, James held similar instructional roles at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, and The Rockhill Group, Inc., focusing on AC-130 operations. James's military background includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin and the 18th Flight Test Squadron, where duties encompassed test operations and initial cadre training. Additionally, James served as an AC-130 Aerial Gunner Subject Matter Expert at the USAF Weapons School, and gained invaluable operational experience while serving in the United States Air Force from 1999 to 2009, including two combat deployments and roles as an evaluator and instructor. Early in military service, James operated as an F-15E Weapons Loader.
