Dave Mau

Dave Mau is a seasoned culinary professional and content manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Content Manager at DXM Creative since February 2023 and a Private Chef at The DXM Group LLC since February 2021, Dave has also contributed as a Food Writer for OC Weekly, focusing on the Orange County food scene. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Alibi Palm Springs and Wabi Sabi, as well as Chef/Catering and Events at Ace Hotel/Atelier Ace, where menu design and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. With a background in food photography and styling, Dave has provided services to major clients including Disney Corporation and Starbucks. Additionally, as the owner of The ReTreat, an upscale café, Dave received multiple accolades for culinary excellence. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from California State University, Fullerton.
