Daniel Artés Picas

Daniel Artés Picas has extensive experience in finance and administration roles. Daniel is currently the Director of Administration & Accounting at OCA GLOBAL since July 2023. From June 2014 to June 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Col·legi de l'Arquitectura Tècnica de Barcelona, and prior to that, they worked as the Senior Financial Controller & Accountant from October 2006 to May 2014. Daniel also has experience in entrepreneurship, having co-founded Easymile App and serving as the Co-Founder, Partner & CFO from March 2020 to September 2021. Daniel has also worked as a Finance Business Partner and External Advisor (part-time) at MULTIVIA NEGOCIADO Y DEFENSA ADMINISTRATIVA Y JURIDICA ESPAÑA SL from November 2017 to December 2019. Daniel began their career as a Finance Advisor at Caixa Penedes from May 2004 to September 2006 and as an Accountant at Economistes i Consultors de Gestió, SL from June 2002 to April 2004.

Daniel Artés Picas has a Licenciatura degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona, obtained between 1999 and 2007. Daniel also completed a Programa ThePowerMBA in Business Expert - Administración y Dirección de Empresas at thePower, starting in 2020 and continuing until the present. In 2015, they took a Curso in Tributación práctica at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. Between 2012 and 2013, they pursued a Máster in Dirección Financiera y Contable at UPF Barcelona School of Management. Additionally, they earned a Máster in Auditoría de Cuentas from ESERP Business & Law School in 2009 and a Postgrado in Mercados Financieros from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2008. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Curso Superior en Control de Gestión - Controller at the Consejo General de Economistas • Global Chartered Controller Institute. Furthermore, they obtained a Controller CCA Certificate® from the Global Chartered Controller Institute, GCCI, in 2023.
