Piotr Białek

Piotr Białek is an experienced engineering team leader at Ocado Technology since June 2022, previously serving as an R&D manager at Nokia from February 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading R&D teams, overseeing career development, and managing recruitment. Piotr also worked as a software quality specialist, focusing on designing metrics and conducting root cause analysis, and began a career in engineering with a position as a junior electric maintenance specialist at SIL-PRO Silicate Blocks. Piotr holds a Master of Science degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, earned between 2009 and 2013.
