Joy McLeod

Joy McLeod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational facilitation, project management, and communications. Currently serving as the Innovation Community Lead at OCAS since June 2021, Joy previously held roles as a facilitator and technology lead at Wilfrid Laurier University, and as a teaching assistant at Carleton University. Joy's expertise includes managing innovation labs at REAPWaterloo, teaching user experience design at the University of Waterloo, and developing marketing strategies at KW ASKS. With a Master of Arts in Human Computer Interaction from Carleton University and a strong background in communications and public relations, Joy has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational pathways and promoting effective volunteer management.
