Ming Huang

Ming Huang is a Talent Acquisition Specialist III currently employed at OCBang, an international recruitment firm based in Silicon Valley, since August 2022. Prior experience includes working in talent acquisition at Jerry from May 2022 to August 2022, where Ming evaluated applicants across various teams, nurtured relationships with passive talent, and collaborated on recruitment projects. Before that, from May 2021 to August 2022, Ming served as a Human Resources Intern at NIO, designing job descriptions and improving recruiting efficiency by interviewing candidates. Ming holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
