Heather Bonarek

Heather Bunting Bonarek has extensive experience in organizational development and HRIS, currently serving as the Director of HRIS & HR Data Analytics at OCC. Previous roles include Associate Principal in Organizational Development and Compliance Manager. Heather began a career in auditing with KPMG, progressing from Audit Intern to Senior Audit Associate. Additional experience includes a Tax Efficiency Services Internship at Clifton Gunderson LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both obtained from Illinois State University.
