Corey Allen serves as Senior Counsel for Oxy Midstream and Marketing segment since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities encompassed representing clients in energy-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and managing due diligence processes. Prior roles include positions as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins, a Summer Clerk for the Honorable Mary G. Lewis at the United States District Court, a Pro Bono Intern at South Carolina Legal Services, an Intern at McGuireWoods Consulting, and an MSP Staff Intern at The Scottish Parliament. Corey Allen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Furman University.
