Markus Rajala

Markus Rajala currently serves as the Interim Head of Product Development at Occtoo, leading product vision and strategy from concept to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. Previously, at Occtoo, Markus held the position of Senior CX Technologist, focusing on supporting delivery and revenue departments in the US market. Prior experiences include roles as Customer Success Manager and Business Relationship Manager at Construct IT, a Business Analyst/Product Owner at Apotek Hjärtat, and a Business Consultant at Columbus Sverige, among other positions. Markus holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Handelshögskolan vid Karlstads universitet and has also studied at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
