Fnp-C Cyrena Muffley

Cyrena Muffley, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently employed at the Occupational Health Center since September 2022. Prior to this role, Muffley worked at Singing River Health System from September 2019 to September 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and from August 2008 to August 2017 as a Nursing Coordinator, where supervision of a team of nurses and patient care associates occurred on a busy Medical/Surgical unit. Muffley's nursing career began as a Staff Registered Nurse on the same unit. Muffley served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class from July 1998 to July 2002. Education includes a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing from Walden University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from William Carey University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing Science from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
