John Zerbe

John Zerbe is a seasoned project manager currently working at Occupied Renovations since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in aviation ground services and facilities management. Prior to this role, John served as an Aviation Ground Service Technician at AAR from June 2018 to April 2023 and held the same position at DynCorp International from April 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included various aspects of facility coordination. John’s career also includes a stint as a Facilities Technician at JLL from August 2015 to April 2016, focusing on building maintenance for Duke Energy, as well as serving as an HVAC Technician and Plant Operator at Seven Rivers Regional Hospital from August 2014 to August 2015.
