Mark Stephens

Mark Stephens is the Director, Founder, and CEO of Smart Recruit Online, a recruitment platform that allows users to manage all recruitment activity from one dashboard for a low fixed cost fee. Prior to founding Smart Recruit Online, Stephens was a Founding Director at The F10 Group, where they provided Executive Search staffing solutions to the IT and Engineering sectors. Mark has developed an outstanding reputation as the leading recruitment consultancy in Europe within the following areas: Space and Satellite, Secure Communications, Defence & Aerospace high reliability / Safety Critical Engineering (system & Software, Electrical & Mechanical, sensors & Detector systems, weapons systems) and in Sales & Marketing recruitment.

Mark Stephens holds a BA Hons in Marketing from Bournemouth University and Ratcliffe College.
