Ian Hogan

Ian Hogan has over 13 years of professional experience in the industry. Ian began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Palm Utilities, where they installed hundreds of kilometers of infrastructure networks and constructed several industrial-sized district cooling plants. In 2009, they joined Reaction Project Management as a Project Manager, providing consultation and expertise project management services. From 2010 to 2018, Ian worked at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they held various roles such as District Service Leader-High Growth Region, District Projects Director-MEA, and Airports Senior Project Manager-GCC. In 2018, Ian joined Johnson Controls as an Operations and Major Projects Leader and Director of Installation-Middle East, Africa & Turkey, where they were responsible for the seven main LOBs across META and worked with the Global VP of Business Transformation to roll out the Installation/Operations Excellence program. In 2019, Ian Hogan founded Oceain Insights, where they currently serve as Managing Director.

Ian Hogan completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering (Thermodynamics & Fluids) from the University of Limerick between 2001 and 2003. Ian then obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Munster Technological University between 1998 and 2001. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Field Service Manager from Service Strategies in the field of Service Business Management. Ian also holds a Project Management certification from PMI.
