Philippe Filion

Philippe Filion is an experienced professional in public relations and government affairs, currently serving as the Senior Director of Public Relations and Government Relations at Groupe Océan since October 2012. Previously held positions include Director of Public and Corporate Affairs and Director of Public Affairs and Business Development at the same organization. Philippe's background includes serving as Chief of Staff at the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity from July 2011 to September 2012, and political advisor roles at the Ministère des Transports du Québec and the Ministère de la Famille. Early in the career, Philippe contributed to research and communication at the Assemblée Nationale du Québec. Philippe holds a Master of Public Administration from ENAP - École nationale d'administration publique and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Université Laval, with additional studies at the Institut d'Études Politique d'Aix-en-Provence in France.
