Bill Burns

Bill has over 25 years of leadership experience developing and delivering naval technologies to customers in the DOD and commercial markets. He brings entrepreneurial practicality to Ocean Aero and uses his engineering and business expertise to manage client relations by clearly communicating technical information at various levels of detail across a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders. As the Founder and President of MSHIPCO, Bill successfully created and managed multi-million-dollar government programs with USSOCOM, NAVSEA, OFT, ONR, and DARPA, including the delivery of the 50-knot, all-carbon-fiber, Stiletto Maritime Demonstration Platform, which won TIME Magazine Best Military Invention for 2006.
