Matthew Tingley

Matthew Tingley, CPA CMA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accountant at The Big Friendly Bookkeeper since April 2024 and as a Finance Systems Analyst at Ocean Capital since August 2021. Previously, Tingley owned and operated Tingley Accounting, providing accounting services and analysis for small businesses from January 2003 to April 2024. Tingley's career includes roles as a Senior Finance Analyst and Financial Analyst at J.D. Irving, Limited, and as an Internal Auditor and Consultant for the Government of New Brunswick. Early in the career, Tingley worked as a Systems Analyst at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and as a Web Programmer for the Government of New Brunswick. Tingley holds a CMA designation from CPA Canada and degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
