Roya Fox

Roya Fox is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager at Ocean Conservancy since February 2022. Prior roles include Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell and National Press Secretary at The Fairness Project. Roya also held the position of Chief of Staff to the Communications Department during the Bernie Sanders For President campaign. Additional experience includes working as a Communications Specialist at LIUNA and serving as a board member for the Columbia University School of General Studies Alumni Association. Educational credentials include a degree in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from Columbia University, alongside studies at Universidad de Málaga and Nantes Université. Notably, Roya held the role of Administrative Assistant at Columbia University while pursuing studies.
