Joseph Konopka

Joe Konopka, PhD, is a seasoned academic leader with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as Vice President for Academic Affairs at Ocean County College since June 2017, Joe provides strategic direction in program assessment, curriculum development, and initiatives for alignment across departments. With prior roles as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and e-Learning, Joe has a strong background in online education management. Additionally, Joe is an Adjunct Professor at Kean University and an Educational Consultant, offering advisory services on leadership and technology transformation. Joe's earlier experience includes pivotal roles at DeVry Education Group, Rutgers University, and DeVry Institute of Technology, managing academic programs and technology strategy. Joe holds a PhD in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, alongside multiple degrees in related fields.
