Marc Mosco

Marc Mosco is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of expertise across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Officer at OceanFirst Bank since 2010, Marc oversees HR functions for the headquarters and more than 60 branch locations, focusing on talent management, staffing, and compliance, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Franklin Electronic Publishers and Senior HR Generalist at American Water, where Marc managed diverse HR functions and employee relations. Marc's early career involved managerial positions at NFI and the Occupational Training Center of Burlington County, as well as a role as HR Generalist/Manager at FTI/Ten Eyck.
