Patricia Nelson

Patricia Nelson has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on human resources and employee relations. Patricia worked as the SVP, Director of Employment, Employee Relations and Training at OceanFirst Bank starting in 2002. Prior to that, they held roles at Wachovia as the Service Director, where they led service, sales support, and staff development for multiple branches. Patricia also worked at First Union Bank as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Corestates Bank as a VP, Human Resources Business Partner, where they led a team of HR professionals and facilitated diversity and team-building workshops. Patricia is recognized for their exemplary demonstration of corporate values and has received accolades for their work, including being named a distinguished honor recipient.
