Joseph Kiernan

Joseph Kiernan currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Network Development at Ocean Healthcare, a leading provider of post-acute care in New Jersey, since June 2006. In this role, Joseph is instrumental in overseeing diverse services including medical rehabilitation, assisted living, home health, and hospice care across thirteen locations. Prior to Ocean Healthcare, Joseph held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President at Kiernan Management & Consulting from 2006 to 2013, and served as President & CEO at Brandywine Senior Care from 2001 to 2006. Joseph’s career in the healthcare sector began at Genesis HealthCare, where Joseph worked as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing from 1997 to 2001, and includes significant leadership roles focused on sales, marketing, and business development.
