Lesley Rush McIpd

Lesley Rush MCIPD has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Services at Ocean Housing Group Ltd since January 2011. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at the same organization, as well as Employee Relations Advisor and HR Officer at Cornwall Council from April 2009 to December 2010. Further experience includes positions as Personnel Officer at North Cornwall District Council and Carrick District Council, with a focus on employee relations and HR transformation. Lesley Rush holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from the University of Plymouth, completed in June 2007.
