Nataly Epps

Nataly Epps has extensive experience in human resources and people management. From 2021 to present, they have been the Global VP of People & Culture at Ocean Insight, where they develop and leads global people initiatives and provides counsel to senior leaders. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People & Culture at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Ocean Insight, Nataly worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Custom Rental Services LLC from 2020 to 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Director of Human Resources at Colegio Nueva Granada, where they established department processes and earned recognition for the school's HR processes and internal work environment.

Earlier in their career, Nataly served as an HR Manager at CR Bard from 2013 to 2015, where they opened their direct sales business unit in Colombia and expanded sales in Latin America. Prior to that, they held roles at Q'Max Solutions Inc., including Planning and Organizational Development Lead and Human Resource Coordinator, from 2006 to 2013. In these positions, they focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning.

Nataly Epps completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in International Affairs at Florida International University from 2000 to 2003. NATALY then pursued a Master's Degree in International Affairs at Universidad Externado de Colombia / Columbia University, completing their studies in 2017. In 2011, they also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from IDE Business School, specializing in Competencias Gerenciales.
