Sean McKay

Sean McKay has extensive experience in technical and engineering roles, currently serving as LiBS Manager at H Ripley & Co since June 2024, after previously holding positions at the same company as LiBS Plant Technician and Plant Operative. Prior experience includes working as a Field Applications Technician at Ocean Insight and as a Machine Operator at Long Rake Spar Co Ltd. Sean's foundational experience began as a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice at Ibstock Brick, complemented by roles as an Engineering Technician at AAK and an Automotive Technician at Bavarian Motorsport. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Open University and achieving BTEC Level 3 certifications in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
