Karl Winter

Karl Winter has been working in the industry since 2000. Karl began their career as the Founder and President and CEO of Ocean Flow International LLC, where they sold the company and stayed on as President and CEO for 10 years. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Director for Solstice Capital LLC, Valves and Industrial Resources LP (VIR), Hendrix Specialty Fabrication LLC, Advanced Welding Services Inc, South Coast Supply Company, Cold Springs Financial LLC, Solstice Cold Spring LLC, Ocean Minerals LLC, and multiple property companies. In 2020, they became a silent investment part owner for Acacia Resources, LLC.

Karl Winter has a varied educational background. Karl began their studies in 1979, when they earned a BSC in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. Karl then went on to the Technological University Dublin, where they earned a Dip Eng in Production Engineering. In 1983, they earned an MSC in Ocean Engineering from the University of London, as well as a Dip Eng in Ocean Engineering from UCL. In 1989, they earned an MBA in Business from both the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University.
