Tom Ballantine is an experienced Development Director at Ocean Outdoor, having joined in February 2012 and progressed through various roles, including Development Executive and Development Manager. Tom's primary responsibility involves sourcing iconic digital advertising screens and temporary banner wraps across the UK and Europe. Prior to Ocean Outdoor, Tom worked as a Sales Negotiator at Douglas and Gordon and completed a summer internship at Montagu Evans, gaining experience in investment, retail, and commercial agency teams. Tom holds a degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University, completed between 2006 and 2009, and attended Loretto School from 1995 to 2006.
