Henry Englert

Henry Englert currently serves as the Media and Communications Lead at Ocean Plastics Leadership Network since December 2021 and as a Content Editor for Sustainable Action Leadership Training since February 2021. Previously, Henry contributed as a writer for Thinknum Alternative Data and Parcast, where a focus on long-form podcast scripts demonstrated strong research and writing skills. Early career roles included Field Organizer and Deputy Field Organizer for Bernie Sanders For President, where extensive grassroots organizing was executed. Henry's experience also encompasses organizing efforts with 32BJ SEIU at George Mason University and teaching essay writing at Penn State University. Henry holds a Master’s degree in English from Schreyer Honors College at Penn State and studied English at UCL.
