Rick Fiscina is an accomplished entrepreneur with significant experience in capacity building and education. As the Founder and Partner of the Ocean Plastics Leadership Network since May 2017, Rick has led initiatives to address the ocean crisis by collaborating with over 100 leading Fortune 500 companies and NGOs. Previously, Rick founded and served as CEO of ELM Exchange, Inc. from 1997 to June 2016, establishing the organization as a notable Continuing Medical Education publisher for top medical institutions. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Psychology from Georgetown University, completed in 1993, and graduated from Bethesda Chevy Chase High School in 1989.
