David Goldstein has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting with AlliedSignal Aerospace in 1997, they worked as a Staff Systems Engineer on projects such as the design of the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster Avionics Upgrade Study and the Kistler K-1 Re-usable Launch Vehicle Avionics. In 1999, they moved on to work as a Research Scientist at David H. Pollock Consultants, Inc., where they conducted experiments on infra-red imaging technologies. From 2003 to 2018, David held various positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Lead System Engineer and Lead Architect for Connected Aircraft initiatives. Since 2018, they have been with OPT, where they have held roles such as Product Systems Engineer, Director of Programs and Projects, and Vice President of Customer Delivery and Product Management. In addition to their professional career, David also served as the Owner of the Yee's Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association - Harmony, NJ Branch from 2007 to 2016.
David Goldstein's education history includes several degrees and certificates in various fields. In 1987, they received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rider University. David then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Stevens Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1997. In 2000, David returned to the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies in 2002. Alongside their Mechanical Engineering studies, they also earned a Webmaster Certificate in 2000 and a Certificate in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster in 2001, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
