Mark Baxter

Mark Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mark has worked as a Project Director at OW Ocean Winds, where they led the Caledonia Offshore Wind Farm project. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Development UK at the same company. Mark also has experience working as a Lead Project Manager at The Renewables Consulting Group and as a DSO Programme Delivery member at UK Power Networks. Additionally, they have held several roles at Smarter Grid Solutions, including UK & Europe General Manager, Director of Operations, and Head of Consultancy. Mark's experience in the renewable energy field also extends to their work at Forewind, where they served as the Head of Business Management & Project Delivery, Head of Project Delivery, and Offshore Wind Development Project Manager. Mark has also worked at Statkraft as a Project Manager and participated in business development for Offshore Wind projects. Other companies Mark has worked for include Systra, Crossrail Ltd, Arup, and AEA Technology, where they held various environmental and sustainability-related positions.

Mark Baxter graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management and Technology. In 2006, they attended The Open University and obtained a Certificate in Senior Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
