Alison Paul

Alison Paul has a range of experience in legal and corporate affairs. Alison started their career as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh and worked there until 1993. From 1994 to 2001, they served as an Associate at Fenwick Elliot. Alison then joined Simpson Grierson as a Senior Associate from 2002 to 2004. Alison has been with OceanaGold Corporation since 2004, starting as a Senior Corporate Counsel and progressing to roles such as Corporate and Legal Affairs Manager, General Manager for Corporate & Legal Affairs, and currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Legal and Public Affairs. Alison'sresponsibilities include providing strategic advice, government relations, commercial contracts, environmental compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory advocacy for the New Zealand hard-rock gold sector.

Alison Paul attended Pakuranga College from 1981 to 1985. Alison then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Auckland from 1986 to 1990.
