Claudette Rechtorik

Claudette Rechtorik is an experienced environmental educator and program manager currently serving as the Ocean Youth Program Manager at OceanEarth Foundation, effective April 2024. Previously, Claudette held multiple roles as a Science Teacher at Rivendell School, Pymble Ladies' College, and Mosman High School, while also founding and managing the Ocean Future Fund/Ocean Youth from January 2020 to April 2024. Claudette served as Executive Director at SEA LIFE Trust from 2006 to 2019, and has been involved with various organizations, including the Australian Association for Environmental Education and the Nature Conservation Council NSW. Academic qualifications include a Master of Teaching from Curtin University, a Master of Science in Environmental Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, both from UNSW, along with a Certificate IV in Environmental Management & Sustainability from TAFE NSW.
