Telyn Joseph

Telyn Joseph has a diverse work experience in the procurement and supply chain field. Telyn is currently working as the Director of Global Procurement at Oceaneering since 2021. Prior to this, Telyn worked at Baker Hughes from 2011 to 2020, with roles including Executive Director of Global Sourcing & Category Management, Supply Chain Director, Director of Sourcing Excellence, and various managerial positions in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Telyn also has experience in the oil industry, having worked as an Assistant Manager and Associate Retail Sales at Bharat Petroleum from 2004 to 2009.

Telyn Joseph earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in 2004. They later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Telyn has obtained certifications in "Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World" from MIT Sloan School of Management and "Supply Chain Finance & Blockchain Technology" from the New York Institute of Finance in the year 2020.
