Jennifer Zepernick

Jennifer Zepernick is an experienced professional in the cruise industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Oceania Club Ambassador at Oceania Cruises since January 2023, Jennifer has previously held significant positions at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. as CruiseNext Manager/Consultant, and at Carnival Cruise Line as a Loyalty and Future Cruise Expert. Jennifer's roles have consistently involved achieving sales targets, administering loyalty programs, and making live presentations about cruises. Earlier experiences include management and consulting roles with various cruise lines where Jennifer focused on booking cruises, maintaining client relationships, and training staff. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida International University and previously attended the University of Florida.
