Michael Foley

Michael Foley is a Sr. Coastal Engineer at Oceanit Laboratories Inc. Michael has extensive experience as a Project Engineer and Co-Investigator at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Hawaii at Manoa. In addition, Michael has worked as a Research Assistant at the Hawai‘i Natural Energy Institute. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus in Coastal Engineering from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, along with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from The Colorado College.
