Chantal Whalen

Chantal Whalen serves as the Senior Vice President at Oceanside Resorts, Inc. since December 2012, overseeing due diligence and market research for commercial real estate acquisitions in the Southeastern United States. Simultaneously, Chantal functions as a Strategic Planner and Owner's Representative at The Callen Center, contributing to business development and partnership cultivation in the Climate Service and Adaptation sector while managing project execution. Additionally, as the Director of Operations and Owner of Top Deck Savannah LLC since June 2014, Chantal has successfully built and currently oversees a luxury rooftop bar, enhancing the local dining experience. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Operations at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce from May 2010 to November 2012. Chantal holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs as well as International Business from Florida State University, completed in 2008.
