Matthew Hernandez Gose

Matthew Hernandez Gose is a versatile professional with substantial experience in writing, content production, and education. Since March 2017, Matthew has served as a contributing writer for Carlsbad Magazine, creating original articles spanning various topics such as food, arts, and local events. In addition, Matthew has been a content producer for Two Bit Media since July 2020, focusing on scripting for energy and technology-related YouTube channels. As a producer, editor, and composer for A Plain Account Podcast since August 2021, Matthew composes and engineers original music while editing vocal audio. Matthew also brings educational expertise as a substitute teacher for Oceanside Unified School District and previously worked as a behavioral interventionist for Carlsbad Unified School District. Other writing roles include contributing to Humbucker Soup and Atwood Magazine. Earlier experiences include serving as a worship intern and writing consultant at Point Loma Nazarene University. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Point Loma Nazarene University.
