Shanasha Dabrera

Shanasha Dabrera is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR Operations at Oceans since June 2023. Previously, Shanasha held the role of HR Ops Specialist at CAKE Engineering from October 2020 to June 2023, and has gained extensive experience in various operational and administrative positions, including Operations Executive at CAKE Engineering and Administrative Executive at Cinnamon Red Colombo. Shanasha started a career in customer service as a Customer Service Executive at HDPL and progressed to an Executive Assistant role at Mount Lavinia Hotel. Academic achievements include a Diploma in Law from the University of London (2012-2014), a CCHRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (2010-2011), and a Diploma in International Relations from Bandaranayake Center for International Studies (2009). Early education was completed at St. Bridget's Convent in Colombo.
