Mika Chance

Mika Chance is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Producer at OceanX since October 2020. Prior to this role, Mika worked as a Writer-Producer at Cheddar Inc. from January 2018 to April 2020 and as a Producer-Editor at Hearst Digital Media for a brief period in 2017. Experience also includes freelance video production at Refinery29, Inc., where Mika contributed to a wide range of projects, as well as an Assistant Producer position at Blue Chalk Media. Mika's early career included a fellowship in Visual Communication at the UNC School of Journalism and Mass Communication and administrative support at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Visual Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with additional studies in Peace War and Defense and Creative Writing.
