Rita Dias

Rita Dias has been serving as Diretor at Ocidental Grupo since June 1998, where responsibilities include supporting the Executive Committee and Management in promoting and launching strategic initiatives aimed at establishing the AGEAS Group as a benchmark for best practices in people management, financial stability, and profitability aligned with principles of social responsibility and sustainable development. Additionally, Rita manages the decision-making process and oversees budgeting. Prior to this role, Rita worked as Gestor de Prestadores at Médis from January 2003 to January 2007, focusing on provider contracting, management, and cost analysis. Rita holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Lusófona, completed in 1998.
