Afeso O. has over 18 years of work experience in the IT field. In 2002, they began their career as a Network Support Engineer at Octagon Technology Ltd. After a year, they moved to Skye Bank Plc as an Application Support. In 2007, they joined Texas A&M University-Commerce as a Graduate Assistant / Data Analyst. In 2008, they began their role as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Netezza. In 2010, they moved to IBM as a Test Lead. In 2014, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the same role. In 2017, they became a QA SME at Micro Focus. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as a QA Lead at Ocient.

Afeso O. has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
