Rebekah K. started their career in 2008 as an Intern at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, where they gained experience in the analysis and summarization of cold case files and in conducting and preparing background checks. In 2009, they joined Community Connections, Inc. as a Case Manager, where they managed a caseload of 30 consumers with wide-ranging functionality. In 2012, Rebekah K. joined Advanced RPO as a Talent Strategist, where they collected, researched and presented large data reports for current and prospective clients and company recruiters and account managers. Rebekah also trained new Recruiters on ARPO recruiting tools, technology, sourcing and ARPO processes. In 2022, Rebekah K. joined Ocient as a Recruiting Manager, where they manage the recruiting team and provides regular reporting and analytics on open requisitions, confirmed hires, upcoming requisitions, and other important metrics. Rebekah also works as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, sourcing, staying up to date on relevant hiring market changes, sourcing strategy updates, and new tools utilized for talent acquisition.

Rebekah K. obtained their High School Diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School in 2000. Rebekah then attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2000 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In 2006, they completed their Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. In addition, Rebekah K. has obtained several certifications, including LinkedIn Talent Insights in 2021, Excel 2016: Introduction to Formulas and Functions and Excel: PivotTables for Beginners in 2021, Recruiting Talent with Social Media in 2021, and LEARN Coach in 2019.
