Russ Kinka, CPA

Russ Kinka, CPA has over 35 years of work experience. Russ began their career as an Auditor at Central States Health and Welfare and Pension Funds in 1985. From 1989 to 1995, Russ worked at Allstate Insurance Company, first as an Investment Accounting Supervisor and later as a Human Resources Consultant. During this time, they managed profit sharing reporting, accounting processes, and budgeting for HR expenses. In 2006, Russ joined Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting LLC as a Risk Internal Audit Manager. Russ performed various audits and projects in a large hospital system environment, specializing in clinical department charge capture, compliance, physician contracts, and payroll. In 2020, Russ worked at Signode as an Accountant until March 2023. Currently, they are working at Ocient as an Accountant, starting in May 2023. Russ has a strong background in accounting and risk management, with experience in various industries such as healthcare, insurance, and pension funds.
