Sultan Yusufali, PMP, CSM has over 18 years of professional experience in the IT and Professional Services industries. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Professional Services at Ocient. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Cloudera as Director, Professional Services (Southeast and Mid-Atlantic), Regional Manager, Professional Services (Southeast), and Engagement Manager - Southeast Region. In these roles, they led Professional Services (Consulting and Education) in the US SouthEast, supported Sales to drive new business through Services and Training Implementations, and partnered with customers to meet their business and technical goals using innovative big data, analytics and machine learning solutions. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Perficient Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, managing multimillion-dollar enterprise wide implementations, infrastructure upgrades, feature enhancements, and managed services teams for various Fortune 500 companies. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at National Instruments and Texas Cardiovascular Consultants. At National Instruments, they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, Programmer Analyst II, and Operations Specialist. At Texas Cardiovascular Consultants, they held the role of IT Manager, providing technical service and support for hardware and/or software issues, acting as a network administrator, managing the selection and purchase of new systems, and managing the installation, integration, testing, and maintenance of hardware and/or software applications.

Sultan Yusufali obtained their Bachelor of Business in Management Information Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business between 1998 and 2002. Sultan then obtained their PMP certification from PMI in November 2014, and their CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2017.
